Lake Guntersville, AL kicks off the year on June 12-13-14, 2020

Let me start out by saying Hi folks!  On behalf of Sealy Outdoors we have been anxiously waiting for the green light from the Alabama government officials allowing us to have our Big Bass Splash event on Lake Guntersville, AL June 12-13-14 which benefits the Ronald McDonald House of Birmingham, AL.

This has been an unusual year as you are aware due to the COVID-19 virus.  We have been working diligently with both local and state officials to make our Lake Guntersville event safe for you to fish. As the COVID-19 guidelines continue to relax, I know everyone is anxious to get back on the lake and compete as much as we are in bringing this event to you.

We have had to make some changes to the Alabama event and we feel it is in the best interest of everyone that we cancel the Little Angler’s Division this year. Below is a set of Lake Guntersville, AL Temporary Guidelines and Protocols for everyone to follow. These are for your safety to not only minimizes the health risk but to also insure we are doing our part to continue to slow the spread of the virus. It will be your responsibility to be safe, cautious and to follow the guidelines we have set forth.

We want you to know that the guidelines for each of our events will need to be revised as each state and local official mandate them and are asking everyone to be responsible and abide by them to ensure the safety of our anglers, staff, volunteers and sponsors.

I look forward to seeing all of you at Goose Pond for our 16th Annual Big Bass Splash and remember the health and safety of our team, sponsors and anglers has and will always be extremely important to us.
